Features
• Developed by FDS for individual schools to replace cumbersome, hand-written
ledgers and journals. Includes automatic balancing and totaling.

Allows the user to maneuver thru the in-color menus and data entry screens
by keyboard and/or mouse. On-screen Help included.

Tri-level tracking of multiple funds, primary, activity accounts and
checking/investment accounts with immediate on-screen look-up of available
balances. Year-to-date or selected period detail look-up by
fund, primary or activity account.
• Receipt and purchase order printing without requiring special forms.

Easy posting of receipts, purchase orders, expenditures and account transfers. Every
transaction is verified during entry for availability of fund, activity
account and bank account balance.

• Complete accounts payable processing with automatic check printing and
purging of encumbered purchase orders while handling payment entries

for easy bank statement reconciliation and production of financial
reports.

detail reports by fund or account. Reports may be viewed
on your monitor or printed for quick data access.

for reports to district office. ISAC "Central Office"
version is also available from FDS for reporting summaries of individual
